Win car tax for twelve months

500
28/02/2018

Is keeping two vehicles in your family costing you an arm and a leg? Would not having to pay the car tax for either of those vehicles help? MyOffers is giving away the cost of car tax, or the tax up to the value of £500 in this latest competition.

In April this year new vehicle tax bands were introduced. The new tax rates are based on how many grams of carbon dioxide per kilometre vehicle emit. In simple terms, the lower the emissions, the lower the tax band and the less you pay unless you have a brand new vehicle. Only zero-emission cars will remain tax-free under the current system, other vehicles will need to pay a first-year tax as well as a yearly rate for the following years. In addition cars with a list price above £40,000 will be required to pay an extra £310 every year for the first five years.

Based on emissions the new car tax can be anything up to £2,000 a year for cars registered after April, 2017. For vehicles registered between March 2001 and March 2017 will pay between £0 and £515 as an annual rate.

So all in all having £500 to put towards car tax is an amazing opportunity to save towards something you have always wanted to do or buy. Enter before 28th February 2018, MyOffers will contact the lucky winner soon after the closing date. Prize Draw closes 28/02/2018
