Arrived in very good packaging.
I used the very low setting to begin with on my shoulder. I currently suffer with shoulder dislocations and pain. After using the Theragun for 10 minutes I felt an immediate reduce in pain.
Very easy to use and navigate settings.
One negative is that the gun is quite heavy so a bit awkward to use by yourself if you wanted to do certain areas of your back as I couldn't reach.
