Why won’t 85% of the UK Population switch their gas and electricity supply to utilities that could save them £350 - £450* per year?

Around 85% of UK households have never switched energy provider and according to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) 70% of these are still paying a Standard Default Tariff of £1,000 - £1,200* for their energy.
