Book reviewers needed: ‘Pinch of Nom' by Kay Featherstone
Pinch of Nom is the first cookbook from the most visited food blog in the UK by Kay Featherstone and Kate Allinson, and includes 100 slimming, home-style recipes. Testers Keepers has three books up for a review.
The aim of the book is to provide delicious, light recipes that do not taste like diet food. Most of the recipes can be prepared in under 30 minutes and the ingredients used can be revisited again and again to save on cost.
All the recipes in Pinch of Nom are marked with calorie counts per individual serving, if they are suitable for vegetarians, or for those following a gluten-free diet. You will also see a recipe specifically marked if it is suitable for freezing.
Pinch of Nom has 22 all-time favourites and 80 brand new recipes. You will find everyday light recipes that can be enjoyed at any time, weekly indulgence recipes that should be used in moderation, and special occasion recipes which are lower in calories such as desserts, snacks and treats, for those special occasions.
Enter now for a chance to review ‘Pinch of Nom', the handy cooking book to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This Testers Keepers opportunity closes 31st August 2019.
