Testers Keepers: Primark review by Anastasia Milo

Posted on 08 August 2018

Testers Keepers required mystery shoppers at a chosen Primark store of their choice. This review is from Anastasia Milo.

I am basing this review on my experience in the Primark store in Harlow.

Upon entry to the store you notice straight away how bright and inviting the store is, security greets you at the door. The stores layout is clean, organised and very easy to navigate.

Whilst exploring their products, there are several members of staff dotted around the shop that are very helpful. I asked a male member of staff if they had some jogging bottoms in my size, medium, as they weren't out. He spent about ten minutes looking for them but they weren't in stock, the young man apologised and told me when I could roughly expect them to return into stock.

The store has a large variety of clothing, mainly essentials such as t-shirts, cami tops, jeans and underwear. They lack a wide variety of unique quality items! Many of the dresses, playsuits and jumpsuits were very thin material and in most cases they were see through, this was however reflected in the price of the items.

Some items were around £4-6 which is very reasonable and these prices are attractive to many shoppers, including myself. I will be shopping in this store again as the staff are all friendly and helpful.

When I was paying for my goods, the lady behind the counter was extremely friendly, kept good eye contact and kept the conversation flowing until the end of the transaction, asking whether or not I had found everything I was looking for today. At the end she told me the remaining balance I had on my gift card and wished me a great day.

I will definitely be recommending this store to family and friends. Great choices at great prices, for all ages and genders. My overall rating would be 8/10. I recommend that Primark looks into offering a small, high quality range of dresses for special occasions, such as weddings and christenings. They may have to produce and sell these items at a higher price, but I believe it would attract even more customers to the store.
