Within 24 hours of qualifying for a free gift you should receive an email from MyOffers containing links on how to claim. Since some email providers can be over-zealous please check your junk folder and add MyOffers to your safe list to ensure you receive your email. If the email hasn't arrived after 24 hours you can also claim via the link in My Account
- How do I update my details on MyOffers?
Simply log into your My Account section here and update your details.
- Are the winners real?
Absolutely, all MyOffers winners are 100% genuine. We ask for photographs and comments from all our winners and in the majority of cases they are delighted to oblige.

- Are all MyOffers prizes free to enter?
All of MyOffers' own prize draws are totally free to enter. Occasionally however a questionnaire sponsor may charge for prize entry; this is always very clearly labelled and choosing to not entering the sponsor’s prize will not affect your entry into the MyOffers prize draw.
