We are frequently asked the same question; therefore we have listed them, with their answers below. Please read these before using our email feedback function.

General Queries

  1. Do people really win?
    Yes they do! MyOffers has many, many winners every single month of the year. Since it started in 1999 MyOffers has given away over a million pounds worth of prizes ranging from a toaster to a trip around the world for you and four friends. MyOffers has been the UK's number 1 prize site for over eight years. The MyOffers prize team is always trying to come up with new and exciting prizes for its members to win.
  2. How are the prizes drawn?
    Here at MyOffers we are committed to providing a fair and consistent system for drawing our lucky prize winners. On the first day of each calendar month we send all the prize entrants from the competitions closing in the previous month to an external prize draw company. Winner's are then selected in the presence of a lawyer.
  3. What happens to my personal data when I register?
    MyOffers collects data about you, including answers to specific questions asked by MyOffers' sponsors. This information is used to assist MyOffers and third parties in sending you by email, SMS, voice, post or other appropriate means, communications about their products and services. All MyOffers sponsors have a not applicable option if you do not want any contact from that sponsor.
    Once you register with MyOffers you will receive a welcome email, and regular newsletters packed with great prizes for you to win. You may also receive further emails describing new prizes and specific events relevant to you as a member of MyOffers.
  4. Why do I need to be over 18 years old to use MyOffers?
    It is a legal requirement in the UK that you need to be over 18 years old to use MyOffers or any prize draw that requires personal information to enter.
  5. How do I contact MyOffers?
    The MyOffers feedback procedure has just been updated to make it easier for our MyOffers users to submit their feedback queries. If your query has not been answered in these FAQ's, please visit our contact us page. On this page you will be able to select the drop down query box and select the type of request you wish to make. Again if your query is not any of the request types please select 'All other feedback' and send a full description of your query.
    We always welcome feedback comments from our users to ensure we provide a pleasing user experience.
  6. Who do I contact if my query has not been answered?
    Did you submit your query on the Contact us page? If not please click this link Contact us, on this page you will see a selection of query types. If you can't see the request type you need, please select the last type which is 'All other feedback' and we will endeavour to reply as soon as possible.
    We treat all feedback comments with great importance; however it may take up to a few days or even a week to look into your problem depending on the complexity of the query.
  7. I keep getting quick draws, why is this?
    The reason you keep getting quick draws is because you have completed all of the questionnaires on MyOffers. Please make sure you visit the following month when there will be new questionnaires for you to answer.

Re-register and unsubscribe

  1. How do I re-register with MyOffers?
    If you've previously had a MyOffers account, deregistered and want to register again, then please use our contact us page. Simply select the Re-register option from the drop down menu and provide us with the email address you want to register with again.
  2. What happens when I unsubscribe to MyOffers?
    This will result in you no longer being able to enter MyOffers prize draws as well as not receiving emails from us. Please note that you may still receive the odd email from us during the next 30 days as your request works its way through our system.
    You may still receive emails directly from MyOffers sponsors dependent on which questionnaires you have completed in the past. You will have to contact those companies directly if you no longer wish to receive communications from them. If you change your mind about unsubscribing from MyOffers, please contact us via our feedback page
  3. How do I unsubscribe?
    We hope you never want to unsubscribe from MyOffers. However, if for any reason you want to unsubscribe, first log on, then click on the contact us link, then select the De-register option from the drop-down menu, you will now be able to un-subscribed from MyOffers. As a result you will no longer be able to enter our prize draws and will not receive further communication from us.

MyOffers prize queries

  1. How do I claim my prize?
    All monthly and weekly MyOffers winners will be sent a winners email which they then have to click the 'Claims Your Prize' button. Once logged into your account you will have to select the MyOffers prize you would like to claim. On the first day of each calendar month we send all the prize entrants from the competitions closing in the previous month to an external prizedraw company. Two weeks later we receive the winners' names and an email is sent to the winners informing them of their win. If you are a winner, simply follow the instructions on the email within 90 days of receiving it and your prize will be sent to you within 28 days.
  2. How will I know if I have won a prize?
    If you are a lucky enough to be a MyOffers winner you will receive an email stating which prize you have won. If you are a winner, simply follow the instructions on the email within 90 days of receiving it and your prize will be sent to you within 28 days.
  3. How long do I have to claim a prize?
    The MyOffers team wanted to give its lucky winners enough time to claim their prizes because the worst thing I the world would be to win a prize and realise too late! For this reason the prizes are typically drawn at the end of every month the winners have 90 days to claim their prize. After this period has elapsed the prize will be re-drawn and the process repeated. This is the reason that the winners list on MyOffers is sometimes delayed from going up on the site.
  4. I've seen my name on the winners page but I never received a claim email. How can I go about claiming my prize?
    To make sure you receive important emails from MyOffers, please add MyOffers to your safe list or address book. However, if you are a MyOffers winner and haven't received your claim email please let us know via the feedback section and we will send the email again.

MyOffers Rewards queries

  1. Why haven't I received my claim email?
    All claim emails do get sent, however occasionally they get bounced by various ISP's and don't get through to our users' inboxes. When this happens you can claim your gift via by going to the Rewards part of the My Account section.
  2. How long after placing my order will it take for my gifts to arrive?
    Softpoint (the company who deal with the gifts) will endeavour to deliver gifts within 14 days of the order being placed and payment for any applicable shipping and handling fees received. Please note that some gifts are subject to availability and delay in delivery of gifts is sometimes outside of Softpoint's control. Softpoint will notify you immediately if there is a delay and arrange with you an alternative time for delivery.

  4. I gained 5* membership but cannot claim a 5* gift, why is this?
    Each month we only have a limited number of 5* gifts available, so you need to make sure you achieve 5* membership as early on in the month as you can so you are guaranteed a 5* gift! When the 5* gifts have gone we will offer you the choice of any of the 3* or 4* gifts.
  5. How long will I have to claim my free gift?
    You have to claim your gift within the month that you gained 3*, 4* or 5* status. At the start of each month your membership status will be re-set to 0, you will need to start entering prize draws to build up your membership again.
  6. Why has my status gone back to zero?
    All memberships are re-set to zero on the 1st of the month so you need to make sure you have claimed your prize within the month that you gained your stars.

  1. I've forgotten my password, how do I get a reminder?
    If you've forgotten your password, do not panic! Simply click here, enter your email address and then click on the forgotten password link to be sent a reminder. Remember to add MyOffers to your address book to ensure you receive the email in your inbox.
